
Capital Region non-profits are encouraged to apply for a chance to be a Guest Bartender on Monday nights all year round. Each week will feature a different charity and signature cocktail. The cocktail, the name and branding of the cocktail will be mutually developed between taste and the charity. One representative from the non-profit organization will guest bartend for a two hour period of time, typically from 5:30pm-7:30pm or 6:00pm-8:00pm. Find out more.
Serious area wine enthusiasts are encouraged to apply for a chance to be a Guest Sommelier on Tuesday nights all year round. Every other week will feature a different Guest Sommelier who will work closely with our culinary team to create a 3-4 course tasting dinner, highlighting wines personally selected from our wine cellar by the Guest Sommelier.
The Guest Sommelier to work the floor on their selected Tuesday to launch their custom crafted menu. The tasting menu will then remain on the main dining menu for two weeks as our signature tasting menu, featuring the name of the Guest Sommelier. On the selected Tuesday, will donate 10% of the proceeds from the dining room’s food and beverages towards the non profit of choice of the Guest Sommelier. Find out more.
